DEPOSIT: a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

ATTENDANCE: beachvolleyball.com.au will invoice the company for at least the number of people displayed on this booking confirmation regardless of a decreased number that may appear for the class. Should your group size increase you should notify beachvolleyball.com.au at least 7 days before the event.

BAD WEATHER:  In the event of bad weather, beachvolleyball.com.au will provide a recommendation for re-scheduling of the session 4 hours in advance of the event. Should the client not wish to reschedule the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION:  In the event of cancellation 5 working days notice must be given. Cancellation within 5 working days will incur loss of deposit.

INDEMNIFY DECLARATION:  I agree to abide by the following conditions:

(a) I acknowledge that our employees will be exposed to all the normal risks associated with participation of beach volleyball activities.

(b) I understand that beach volleyball can be a physically demanding activity and;

(c) I agree that I will indemnify beachvolleyball.com.au Pty Ltd, Manly Council, CourtSportz, Rockdale Council and Randwick Council and their employees and agents against all claims, demands, actions and liabilities arising from all employees participating in this activity.
