Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event.

The deposit is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Beachvolleyball.com.au under the conditions outlined in the Bad Weather policy.

Attendance

Beachvolleyball.com.au will invoice the company for at least the number of participants confirmed in this booking, regardless of any decrease in attendance.

If your group size increases, you must notify Beachvolleyball.com.au at least 7 days prior to the event to allow for proper adjustments.

Bad Weather

In the event of bad weather, Beachvolleyball.com.au will provide a recommendation for re-scheduling the session at least 4 hours prior to the event.

If the client opts not to reschedule the event and end up cancelling last minute, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 5 working days’ notice must be provided for cancellation.

Cancellations made within 5 working days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

Injury and Risk Policy

Beachvolleyball.com.au prioritizes safety during all events; however, participants should understand that beach volleyball is a physical activity with inherent risks.

The company and participants are responsible for their own health insurance and medical expenses in the event of an injury.

Beachvolleyball.com.au does not provide health insurance or liability cover for injuries sustained during the event.

Indemnity Declaration

By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

I acknowledge that employees will be exposed to the normal risks associated with participation in beach volleyball activities.
I understand that beach volleyball is a physically demanding activity and that participants should be in adequate physical condition.
I agree to indemnify Beachvolleyball.com.au Pty Ltd, Northern Beach Council, Randwick Council, and their employees and agents against all claims, demands, actions, and liabilities arising from employee participation in this activity.
