Manage your bookings

• Once you are signed up for one of our courses, you can manage your Bookings and Make Up Sessions via our the MINDBODY Client View
• Please note, that the MINDBODY App and website widgets currently do not support the management of Beginner Courses, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Step by Step Guide – Make Ups

1. Go to your Mindbody Client View – you can access this as well via our Manage Bookings Page under “My Account – Detailed”.
   
   
2. Cancel your Booking
   
   

   (1) Navigate to “My Info”
   (2) Navigate to “My Schedule”
   (3) cancel the session you can’t attend (please remember, that we have a 12h cancellation policy for early cancellations).
   
   

   

3. Choose another course to make up your session.
   
   

   (1) Go to “Learn & Play Courses”
   (2) Filter your location and your venue under service categories
   (3) Then scroll through the available courses and choose a date range and timing which work for you. You can choose the exact dates in the next step.
   (4) Lastly, click “Sign Up Now”.

    

   
   
   

4. Choose the exact date
   
   

   (1) Click “Choose your Schedule”
   (2) Choose the exact date(s) you would like to book
   (3) To finalise your make ups, click on “Enroll”
