Payment:
Beachvolleyball.com.au will invoice the school for at least the number of students confirmed in this booking, as indicated above, regardless of a decreased number of students attending the session.

Bad Weather:
If bad weather is anticipated, Beachvolleyball.com.au will provide a recommendation for cancellation of the session at least 4 hours in advance. Should the session be canceled at this time, no charge will apply to the school.

• For cancellations communicated between 2–4 hours in advance, a fee of $50 per coach plus a $50 administration fee will be charged.
•  For cancellations communicated less than 2 hours in advance, the full amount for the session will be charged.

Cancellation:
If the school cancels the booking within 48 hours prior to the start of the session, Beachvolleyball.com.au will charge a $50 administration fee.

Supervision:
Beachvolleyball.com.au does not assume responsibility for the supervision of students during sessions. A staff member from the school must be present at all times to oversee student behavior and ensure safety.

Injury Policy

Beachvolleyball.com.au prioritizes safety during all sessions; however, beach volleyball is a physical sport, and injuries may occur.

• Health Insurance Responsibility: The school and its students are responsible for their own medical expenses. Beachvolleyball.com.au does not provide health insurance or cover for injuries sustained during sessions.
• Liability Waiver: By participating in sessions, the school acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agrees to release Beachvolleyball.com.au, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages.
