Payment: beachvolleyball.com.au will invoice the school for at least the number of students displayed above on this booking confirmation, regardless of a decreased number that may appear for the class.

Bad Weather: In the event of bad weather beachvolleyball.com.au will provide recommendation for cancellation of the session 4hr in advance. Should the event be cancelled there will be no charge to the school. If the session gets cancelled between 2 – 4hr in advance beachvolleyball.com.au will charge a $50 fee per coach plus a $50 administration fee. In case the cancellations is communicated less than 2hr in advance the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of this booking by the school within 48 hours prior to the start of the course, beachvolleyball.com.au will charge a $50 administration fee. Supervision: beachvolleyball.com.au will not take responsibility for supervision of students and therefore a staff member from the school must be present at all times.
