Don’t want to lose what you worked so hard for over the last few months on the sand? We have the solution, we prepared daily ball control exercises with lots of different challenges and explanations from our coaches.
The drills are designed for every squad level and even beginners should be able to perform most of them. Excited? So what do you need: One ball and a bit of space on a wall either inside or outside.
